A few different hats.
One curious mind.
Lead software engineer. AI engineer. School governor.
Yorkshireman, husband, dad.
I'm Jae Toole. A lead software engineer and AI engineer, a school governor, and, away from the keyboard, a Yorkshireman, husband and dad.
This is my little corner of the internet: a place for thinking out loud about technology, education and the human side of both.
A few different hats. One person.¶
Software engineering and AI are a big part of my working life. School governance brings a different perspective: one that stretches beyond a screen and into the communities we belong to.
You'll find both here. Some posts will get into the technical details. Others will step back and look at the bigger picture.
Why this space exists¶
Not every thought needs to fit into a social media post. I wanted somewhere to write at my own pace, connect ideas, and have useful conversations with people doing interesting things.
If something here resonates, or you've got a project you'd like to discuss, drop me a line.
